Information We Collect

When you send a booking request, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle make, model and size, the service and add-ons you choose, your preferred date and time, and any notes, budget or vehicle condition details you add.

We also receive the information you share when you call us, message us on WhatsApp or social media, or email us.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use this only to keep the website secure and working properly. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your booking request, confirm availability and pricing, carry out the work, contact you about your vehicle and share aftercare guidance.

We may also keep basic records of the work we have done on your vehicle so we can help you with future services or questions.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, and only as needed for them to provide that service, or when we are required to by law.

Photos Of Vehicles

We may photograph vehicles we work on to show our results on this website and our social media. We hide or blur number plates, and you can ask us at any time not to use photos of your vehicle.

How Long We Keep It

We keep booking details only for as long as we need them to provide our services and keep reasonable business records, and then delete them.

Your Choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we can.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
