About These Terms

These terms apply when you use this website or book a service with The Detail Club. By sending a booking request, you agree to them.

Bookings And Quotes

A booking request sent through this website is not a confirmed appointment. Your booking is confirmed only once we contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email to agree the date, time and price.

Prices on this website are starting prices in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The final price depends on your vehicle’s size, paint condition, the coverage you choose and any correction required. We always confirm the price with you before any work begins.

Rescheduling And Cancellation

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Vehicle Condition

We inspect every vehicle before starting work and will point out existing damage such as stone chips, deep scratches, dents, repainted panels or failing clear coat.

Some defects cannot be fully removed. Scratches that go through the clear coat may remain after paint correction, and paint protection film does not hide existing damage. When removing old PPF, paint that is repainted, poorly bonded or already damaged can lift with the film. We will explain any such risks before we begin.

Personal Belongings

Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle before handing it over. We cannot be responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

Results And Aftercare

Results depend on your vehicle’s condition and the service you choose. Paint protection film, ceramic coatings and window tints need time to cure, so please follow the aftercare guidance we give you.

Any warranty on a film or coating applies only as confirmed to you in writing for that specific product.

Payment And Collection

Payment is due when the work is completed, unless we agree otherwise in advance. Please collect your vehicle at the agreed time.

If Something Isn’t Right

We take great care with every vehicle. If you notice an issue with our work, please tell us as soon as possible, ideally before leaving the studio, so we can inspect it and put it right.
